- One Account / No Transfer: You may not sell, transfer, share, or allow others to access your account.
6. The Service (Discount Discovery)
- What We Provide: The Service helps you discover discounts near your location and view discount information and related details.

Location is Essential: The Service relies on your device location to show nearby discounts and distance-based results. If you do not grant location access, the Service may not function, including map and search features.
Background Location (Optional for Alerts): Background location may be used to support nearby discount alerts when you are moving and not actively using your device. Background behavior depends on your device permissions and settings.
Push Notifications: If enabled, we send functional alerts (e.g., nearby discount notifications). You can manage categories inside the App, and manage system-level notification permissions in your device settings.
Device/OS Controls: Your experience depends on your device, OS, and permission settings. You are responsible for configuring permissions and settings.
8. Discount Content; No Guarantee; “As-Is”
- Source of Discounts: Discounts may be posted by National Relief Telecom and/or by participating stores or store administrators (“Store Admins”).
- Manual Review: We may manually review discounts and related content, but we do not guarantee that all content is accurate, complete, current, or available.
- No Guarantee: Discounts may change, expire, or be limited by store terms, availability, eligibility, inventory, location, time, or other conditions. We do not guarantee that any discount will be available, honored, or valid, or that any user will qualify.
- As-Is: The Service and discount content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
9. “Military” Naming; No Verification; No Government Affiliation
- No Military Status Verification: We do not verify military status or eligibility.
- No Government Affiliation: The Service is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Defense or the U.S. Government, and no governmental endorsement is implied.
10. Store Admin Tools (Current or Future)
- Store Admin Accounts: We may offer tools that allow Store Admins to create, edit, and manage discount content for their respective stores.
- Store Admin Responsibilities: Store Admins are responsible for ensuring discount content is accurate, lawful, and non-misleading.

License to Reviews: By submitting a review, you grant National Relief Telecom a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute your review in connection with operating, marketing, and improving the Service.
We may remove or moderate reviews at our discretion.

You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code or underlying algorithms of the Service,
- scrape, crawl, spider, or use bots/automation to access the Service or collect data,

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user reviews and third-party content), is owned by National Relief Telecom or its licensors and is protected by law.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services and Links (Including In-App WebViews)
The Service may display or open third-party content, websites, or services (including within an in-app webview). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, misused the Service, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if we must do so to comply with law or protect the Service or others.
You may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” National Relief Telecom disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that content will be accurate or reliable.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Relief Telecom will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will National Relief Telecom’s total liability for all claims related to the Service exceed US $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
18. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National Relief Telecom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your reviews or content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
19. Dispute Resolution; Mandatory Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
Informal Resolution First: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@nationalrelieftelecom.com and provide a brief description of the dispute and your contact information. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally.
Mandatory Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and National Relief Telecom agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.
Arbitration Rules and Administrator: The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, and will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitrator will have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.
Location: Unless the parties agree otherwise, the arbitration will take place in Delaware, or may be conducted via video/phone if permitted by AAA rules.
Class Action Waiver: You and National Relief Telecom agree that claims must be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any class proceeding.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending an email to support@nationalrelieftelecom.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name and the email address associated with your account. If you opt out, you and National Relief Telecom agree to resolve disputes in court as described in Section 20.
20. Governing Law and Venue
Except where prohibited by law and subject to Section 19 (Arbitration), these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If arbitration is found unenforceable for a particular dispute, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware for that dispute.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will post the updated Terms on our website and may notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Miscellaneous
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and National Relief Telecom regarding the Service.
